Sunday Yoga: 75 minute class – starts June 2017

Sunday yoga is extending!

Sunday’s class will run for 75 minutes starting June 2017.
New class time: 9:30-10:45am.

This follows feedback and agreement of the majority. Thank you for your input and appetite.

 

Why 75 minutes?
We currently dominate our 1 hour sessions with heating, standing postures which are required to fully and safely warm up the body. Adding 15 minutes to this will allow us to access more seated and supine poses which develop flexibility and core strength. In addition, inversions (and modifications of) will be more safely available after the aforementioned preparation. Last but by no means least, you’ll benefit from a robust relaxation to ensure that your body and mind leave in balance.

How will this affect cost?
New cost: £65 for a 5-class-pass or £15 drop-in **New costs applicable from June**

  • If your current 5-class-pass is valid, please contact me to arrange a top-up via cash or BACS.
  • If this change isn’t agreeable, please contact me to arrange a full refund – with my sincere apologies.
How will this affect booking?
It won’t! Please make all bookings as usual by email to kateoatesyoga@gmail.com.

Sun-28-May will be a 75 minute class, however this will be charged at the old rate/no extra charge.
