May Workshop: Accessible Backbends

Do you avoid backbends?

Do you love backbends?

Backbends are brilliant, but only when practised safely. Backbends – anything from Sphinx pose to full Wheel – require open hips, open shoulders and spinal strength. Warming up your body in the correct way to gently open and strengthen the areas most used, makes spinal bends accessible to those who might assume otherwise, and eventually, backbends can be liberating, invigorating and extremely freeing.

I’m planning a Backbending Workshop next month. Would you like to join me?

Proposed date is Saturday 14th May @ 4:00-6:15pm. Location central Crouch End.
