I will be taking maternity leave from mid November 2017, returning in Autumn 2018.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, flowing yoga practice that becomes a moving meditation. With modifications to suit all energy levels and experience, vinyasa flow yoga can be any speed. Every class sequence is different. Vinyasa Flow classes draw upon physical and mental focal points such as back-bends, hip-openers, opening the heart or calming the mind.
Catering for the 2nd and 3rd trimester (14 weeks+), Pregnancy Yoga classes are carefully designed to maintain movement, to bring physical relief and to empower mums-to-be at this special time. Kate’s Pregnancy Yoga classes work with the needs of mum-to-be, focusing on problem areas and keeping mums physically active. Kate uses breathing exercises to create space in the body, to bring calm to mum and to introduce ways in which breathing, movement and visualisations can facilitate birth.
Rocket Yoga is a power-style of yoga, inspired from Ashtanga series, created by Larry Schultz. “The Rocket” is based around 4 set sequences ~ with permission for variation ~ which are designed around the joints and muscle groups to collectively create a system which works the entire body. Following the Rocket system, yogis quickly builds strength and length in the body, and Rocket Yoga loves meditation and a well deserved savasana, which brings a huge dollop of mental clarify and satisfaction with it!
